Jo is literally amazing, so compassionate, kind, gentle within her role, really put me at ease. I’m the worlds worst when it comes to pain, worked myself up to think the Botox would really hurt but Jo calmed my anxiety away and reassured me that it didn’t hurt and trust me it really didn’t...eyebrow waxing hurts so much more!!! It really surprised me how pain free it was! Fantastic and consultation, amazing aftercare service. Would highly recommend this 5* service.
