Jo is lovely, makes you feel at ease and I am comfortable in her care, she very good at what she does, part of that is her support during and post treatment. I wouldn’t go to anyone else now, she is the best ❤️

I can’t recommend Jo highly enough! Her premises are absolutely stunning, gorgeously decorated, spotlessly clean, and creates such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. You can tell every part has been carefully thought out. Jo always greets you with such warmth and makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in. She is an absolute expert, so knowledgeable, highly professional, and explains everything clearly. I visit every year for my hay fever injection and I’m also ready to book in brow lamination. No matter what questions I have, Jo always answers them fully with confidence thanks to her deep understanding of her profession. Trustworthy, skilled, and lovely. 10/10 every time!
