I can’t recommend Jo highly enough! Her premises are absolutely stunning, gorgeously decorated, spotlessly clean, and creates such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. You can tell every part has been carefully thought out. Jo always greets you with such warmth and makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in. She is an absolute expert, so knowledgeable, highly professional, and explains everything clearly. I visit every year for my hay fever injection and I’m also ready to book in brow lamination. No matter what questions I have, Jo always answers them fully with confidence thanks to her deep understanding of her profession. Trustworthy, skilled, and lovely. 10/10 every time!

I’ve been visiting Joe for my hay fever jab for three years now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The the results are consistently brilliant and make such a massive difference to my summer. I am always so glad that I found Jo. The salon is a beautiful, calm and welcoming environment and she always puts me at ease. Jo is an exceptional aesthetician and I have never had a problem with any of the treatments I have had with her, in spite of previous hurrendous experiences with other practitioners. I would never go anywhere else. Always so pleased with what’s she’s done for me.

As a trained makeup artist and skincare obsessive, I’d say I have a little more knowledge than the average person when it comes to skin and facial balance, which is exactly why I would only ever trust Jo with any procedures. Now I’m in my 40s, I want subtle enhancements that skincare alone can’t achieve, and Jo is the queen of natural tweaks. You never look “done” people just tell you how fresh and well you look, which is exactly the result I’m after. We are so lucky to have her in Chesterfield. However, if she wasn’t I’d still travel to her clinic without hesitation!! Her gorgeous new clinic on Chatsworth Road is incredibly luxe, such a treat to visit.

I have recently been to Jo for botox in my forehead area and I could not be happier with my experience and the results! Jo is so friendly, professional, experienced and fully explained every stage of the process, putting me completely at ease. This was important to me as it was my first time having botox, so naturally I was nervous and had a lot of questions! Jo is easy to contact and communication has always been consistent throughout the process. I had my follow up review two weeks after my appointment, where Jo checked everything and discussed any required top ups etc (none required this time as we were both very happy with the initial results). The new salon at 416 is absolutely beautiful, so clean, relaxing and comfortable! I also really appreciated the skincare advice and product samples from Jo, it just completed the all round enjoyable experience and excellent customer service throughout! Thanks so much🥰 xxx
